Global Director of HR Insights, Analytics and Planning, S&P Global
Antony Ebelle-Ebanda is the Global Director of HR Insights, Analytics and Planning at S&G Global, formerly McGraw Hill Financial. In this role he leads the development of a best-in-class human capital insights function though data and analytics. To that end he uses two core elements in his daily activities: innovative techniques and tools, and deep information mining to leverage the firm’s data on its human capital, and facilitates the best investment in human capital to support core business decisions.
Prior to joining S&P Global, Mr. Ebelle-Ebanda served as the Global Head of Human Resources Reporting and Analytics at McLagan Consulting (an AON Company), where he supported compensation metrics production and reporting for its client population.
Prior to McLagan, he was the Global Head of HR Reporting and Analytics at Barclays Investment Banking Division, where he developed a Reporting and Analytics Center of Excellence, and built an integrated global reporting platform which provided consistent data with common definitions. Mr. Ebelle-Ebanda began his career as a Relationship Manager and Compensation Business Analyst at Deutsche Bank.
In each of these roles spanning over 15 years, Mr. Ebelle-Ebanda brings a focused and disciplined approach to ensure continued leadership in the human capital function, and consistently proves to be a strong business partner – capable of applying deep analytical thinking to connect human capital to the business agenda, supporting business growth through people-centric metrics.
Mr. Ebelle-Ebanda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Material Science and Engineering from Queen Mary University in London, and a Diploma in Math and Physics from Universite Pierre et Marie Curie in Paris.
