Laura Tillistrand is a Vice President and leadership development consultant within Global Human Resources at Bank of America. In this role, she supports several senior leaders as an advisor and strategic partner on talent management and organizational development needs.Prior to this role, Laura led the execution of talent planning and performance management processes for the CEO and senior management team, as well as talent and succession updates presented to the board of directors. She also has held responsibility for talent planning analytics, executive exit interviews, executive onboarding and enterprise organization design during her more than five year tenure at the bank. Additionally, she has served as a council member for one of the bank’s employee networks, LEAD for Women.

We are happy to say that Laura will be joining our speaker line-up at the Workforce Analytics Summit in New York. We asked her a couple of questions about her job and experience at BoA.
