Dr. Michael Sokol has held a number of senior positions in the area of Human Capital Planning and Analytics – most recently as the Vice President Workforce Planning & Analytics for Hewlett-Packard’s Enterprise Group. From HP he joined Concentrix, a global business outsourcing company of 60,000 operating in 24 countries.
